United States Marine Corps

Michael and I were friends all through our junior and high school years. He had a great sense of humor, and a personality to match. He had the prettiest blue eyes...he could melt any girls heart. Michael played on our football and baseball team at Wilcox high school.

I often think of Michael and how sad it made me, that he was killed one year after our high school graduation. Michael was just 19 years old. He was killed by small arms fire in Quang Tri, South Viet Nam.

Michael will always hold a special place in my heart...I feel very lucky to have known him.

You will always be missed Michael...but not forgotten!
